Base of hat is a thrifted SnapBack which is 100% polyester
The outer layer is from a thrifted t-shirt that is 100% cotton
Draped the stripped fabric over the hat and glued/folded to make it form fitted
Hand sewn and secured to the hat
The straps are also from the same shirt.. I removed the snaps on the original hat and replaced them with these long straps that can be worn however you like
